Platform featured innovative hybrid live/pre-recorded webinars, real-time chat, and early marketing automation features, implementing a custom lead journey complete with multiple touchpoints, lead scoring, publisher and affiliate attribution, etc. Integrations with multiple platforms and partners. Also maintained existing education product delivery platform.

Architected and built Human Resources technology platform. Platform allowed job applicants to record structured video interviews over the web. Employer hiring managers were then able to review interviews back-to-back at their convenience. Platform featured single-page application for job applicants, web application for employers, and scaffolded integration with colleges and universities. Led to VC funding. Company is still growing.
